SOAP KITCHEN : “A NEW REVOLUTIONARY PROJECT”

Welcome all!! to our new revolutionary project “Soap kitchen”. You might be wondering What’s this soap kitchen? Normally in our kitchen , we make recipes. Likewise we also provide you with a menu card consisting of various ingredients or recipes that are used for soap making.

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

a) Base oil

b) Recipes/catalogue

c) Base oil toppings

d) Natural blends

e) Natural additives

f) Essential oils/fragrance oils

The customers are free to choose their ingredients according to their skin type. In this video View this project in video format before customizing, lets see how to read the menu card.

First lets go one by one. First card is about the base oil.

A) Base oil :

A list of base oil are listed out ( coconut oil, palm oil, she a butter, mango butter, cocoa butter, pomace olive oil, castor oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, hemp seed oil, neem oil, avocado oil) and the properties of each oil is denoted below for our reference. Each oil has its own property and value.

For example:

The property of Coconut oil is displayed below in the bracket and its rate is denoted in terms of percentage of oil. For 1% of coconut oil, it costs Rs.2.80 . How much percent of coconut oil we customize accordingly the price is calculated. Suppose if our requirement is 10 % then it costs Rs.28.

A) RECIPES / CATALOGUE:

Different types of soaps based on nature of the skin are readily available in our recipes page. They include

· Normal soap– costs 211 per 12 100g soap

· Anti – acne soap– costs 599.80 per 12 100g soap

· Moisturizing soap (Dry skin) – costs 900.50 per 12 100g soap

· Conditioning Soap (Normal to Dry skin)– costs 713.50 per 12 100g soap

· Cleansing soap (oily skin)– costs 211 per 12 100g soap

· Baby soap– costs 608.50 per 12 100g soap

Third page includes various BASE OIL TOPPINGS

A) BASE OIL TOPPINGS :

As we all very well know, adding oil to the base will give soap. A question may arise in you “Then why we have to go for this oil toppings?”. Base oil toppings are nothing but extra oil which can be added 5 to 20% to the soap which directly reaches the skin and nourishes you with its immense property. Third page consists of the list of base oil toppings with its properties and rate is also mentioned for every 10% of oil. The toppings includes

· Moringa oil

· Evening primrose oil

· Grapeseed oil

· Extra virgin olive oil

· Hemp seed oil

· Argan oil

· Virgin coconut oil

· Roseship oil

Any number of oil toppings can be chosen. To get a reasonable price, Two oil toppings can be chosen.

Fourth page involves NATURAL EXTRACT BLENDS AND BENEFITS

A) NATURAL EXTRACT BLENDS AND BENEFITS:

Natural extract blends are nothing but the oil in the form of pre made blends. 10 or 20 % of the blend can be opted for soap making. The blends are used for those who have specific issues like wrinkle, ageing, acne etc.The combination of oils, fruit and vegetable extract is given below each blend. The blends that we provide include

· Evergreen look

· Skin glow

· Spot correction

· Anti – ageing

· Anti – wrinkle

· Anti – acne

· Skin firming

The rate is calculated for every 10% of the blend used per 12 soaps. If you make an extra payment of Rs.500,we also offer the above blends in the form of serum (50ml) along with the soaps. This serum can be used for soap production.

The last two pages includes the Additives which are added to enhance the flavor of the soap.

B) ADDITIVES :

Apart from adding base oils, even many additives can be added to soap for further enhancement of the skin. The additives include

· CLAYS : ( Rhassoul, French green, calamine, Multani Matti, French pink )

· HERBS : ( Neem leaf powder, Moringa leaf powder, khuskhus, kasthuri manjal, Red clover)

· PULSES: (Green gram, Gram flour, Rice flour, Nalanga flour, wheat flour)

· FRUITS & ROOTS : (Beetroot, Potato, Papaya, Carrot, cucumber)

· FLOWERS: ( Saffron, Aavaram poo, Hibiscus, Marigold, Lotus)

· SCRUB & EXFOLIATE : (Coffee, cocoa powder, orange peel, lemon peel, charcoal, oats)

We can choose two or three combinations of our own interest at a cost of Rs.80 only. The pricing is for 12 soaps

C) FRAGRANCE OILS & ESSENTIAL OILS:

From the name itself we know the purpose of Fragrance oils. Its meant purely for smell. The list of Fragrance oils are listed along with its price for a pack of 12 soaps. Fragrance oils includes

· Double peppermint

· Sandal

· Jasmine

· Vettiver

· Chocolate

· Strawberry

· Brute musk

· Cucumber

· Watermelon

· Green apple

Essential oils are used for specific benefits which directly penetrates the skin. The list of essential oils are listed along with its rate per 12 soaps.

· Lavender

· Vlangvlang

· Basil

· Peppermint

· Orange

· Lemon

· Rosemary

· Lemon grass

· Pine

· Tea tree

· Thyme

We can choose two or three combinations of essential oils according to our wish and can customize our soap.

D) PACKAGING:

Finally, the last page in the menu card is the packaging. We do packaging in cloth bags only. We have two category of packaging

· Standard Packaging

· Ecofriendly reusable packaging

We also provide gift packing also. Customers can share your ideas of packing which can also be customized according to their wish. Packaging costs separately apart from soap price.

CUSTOMISATION DEMO:

Come on lets see how to customize the order and work out the recipe. First, we will start from the recipe page. Normal base is chosen. Second, Grape seed oil topping is chosen. Third, skin glow extract blend is selected. Final touch up ends with addition of orange peel scrub, calamine clay and patchouli essential oil to the recipe. Now lets see how the price is calculated.

TOTAL COST = Rs.1645 FOR 12 SOAPS

Like this customization can be done using the menu card. It costs Rs.1645 for 12 soaps (100g each). This customized soap is now meant for packaging which costs separately. Once packed, its ready for dispatch.
