SHIPPING POLICY
We choose our shipping partners based on the place of delivery, size and contents of the package etc., and can vary from time to time. Our customers will be intimated with the courier and tracking ID of the shipment once dispatched from our facility. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 or 3 working days from the date of the order.
Return & Exchange CANCELLATION Policy
Goods once sold cannot be returned. However, in the event of damages or other defects related to the product sold, please contact our customer service team and we will be more than gad to help you with a replacement of the product, return or refund as applicable. An order can be cancelled only up to it is in 'Pending' state. Once we start processing, it can not be cancelled. You will have to send us an email on support@suppliersociety.in with reasons for the cancellation. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email..
